Admission

Guests and visitors under the age of 18 are NOT allowed on site.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

On booking, full payment is due within 6 weeks of your arrival date. Bookings cannot be amended within 14 days of arrival.

Refunds will not be offered for Force majeure, inclement weather, late arrivals, early departures, not enjoying your holiday or bookings cancelled by the customer within 6 weeks of arrival date.

If a credit note is issued it must be used within 6 months of your original stay.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome on site. However they are prohibited from the main facilities and amenities.

Dogs must be kept on leads, supervised at all times and any dog fouling picked up immediately and disposed of in the on site Dog Waste bins.

Occupancy –

Please get in touch if you wish to book a rally or group booking with us as pitches are limited and must be booked a few months ahead of your stay.

Reception

Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. between 01/01 and 31/12.

Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your entry onto site and where to pitch.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Firearms are not permitted.

Open fires are prohibited.

Taxes

This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated car park by the site entrance.

Visitors

Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m.

Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
