Breckland Meadows

Our Caravan Park is Open from 4th July (dependant on government guidelines) and we are ready to welcome you

We know that many of you have concerns about this fast-moving situation and the impact it is already having on many of our lives. We’d like to reassure you that we are following all relevant and current Government and public health bodies’ advice and guidance. As a result, the next time you arrive on-site, you will notice we’ve changed a few procedures.

Changes to Check-in and Social Distancing

Contactless Check In – we are now asking for full payment by card over the phone prior to arrival to minimise contact. You will then be given the park entry code and you can pitch on any available pitch eliminating the need to check in at reception. All arrivals will be listed on the Welcome Board outside reception.  We will not be accepting any cheque or cash payments on park.

Please reverse into your pitch with the corner of your unit to the white peg, this is to ensure a safe distance is kept between you and your fellow tourers.

Only 1 person allowed in reception please observe this and wait outside if necessary. When in reception please observe the 2 metre rule between yourselves and staff. Guests will be asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines while on the park and not visit other pitches during their stay with us. No outside day visitors will currently be allowed onto the park.

Increased Health and Safety

There will have to be measures put in place to help keep you safe during your stay with us. This may well include the closure of central facilities (toilets, showers, laundry and washing up areas) which we know will be an inconvenience but may be necessary for a period of time. There will be one dedicated shower and toilet facility available if the central facilities have to be closed.  Please use facilities in your own units if possible. We are continuing with our rigorous cleaning regime but we would advise that you bring your own PPE to use whilst servicing the facilities on your own unit

Staying Safe With Us

If you are staying with us it’s vital that you take the same precautions on your pitch that you would at home and follow government advice on handwashing and hygiene. The NHS website is the best source of information about coronavirus and what you can do to prevent its spread.  Please do not stay with us if you are showing any symptoms of Covid 19.

Please do everything you can to support us with these new measures on site which are for the benefit of everybody and will enable you to continue to enjoy your passion for the great outdoors.
