About Our Park

This small caravan park  is situated just a 15 minute walk into the small market town of Swaffham. Our onsite facilities include a heated amenity block with free showers and a separate heated washroom for the disabled.

The site is a mix of touring, seasonals and longstay pitches, these are all hard standing and all have use of 16amp electric hook-up, and Wi-Fi. Please be aware due to our location the Wi-Fi signal can be weak depending on the weather and how busy the site is!

We also have a washing machine, tumble dryer and sinks for washing up.

A gate at the side of site leads directly onto the old railway called Swaefas Way – ideal for walking your dog or just taking a pleasant stroll. Peddars Way, to the east of Swaffham is a walk of much greater distance, suitable for those more adventurous hikers!
