COVID 19 UPDATE
Our Touring Park is open and Covid ready with a Good To Go certificate from the local authority and we are ready to welcome you.
We know that many of you have concerns about this fast-moving situation and the impact it is already having on many of our lives. We’d like to reassure you that we are following all relevant and current Government and public health bodies’ advice and guidance. As a result, the next time you arrive on-site, you will notice we’ve changed a few procedures.
Changes to Check-in and Social Distancing
Contactless Check In – we are now asking for full payment by card over the phone prior to arrival to minimise contact. You will then be given the park entry code and you can pitch on any available pitch eliminating the need to check in at reception. All arrivals will be listed on the Welcome Board outside reception. We will not be accepting any cheque or cash payments on park.
Please reverse into your pitch with the corner of your unit to the white peg, this is to ensure a safe distance is kept between you and your fellow tourers.
Only 1 person allowed in reception please observe this and wait outside if necessary. When in reception please observe the 2 metre rule between yourselves and staff. Guests will be asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines while on the park and not visit other pitches during their stay with us. No outside day visitors will currently be allowed onto the park.
Increased Health and Safety
We have put measures in place to help keep you safe during your stay with us. This includes hand sanitiser units outside all public areas. We have closed off the middle cubicle in the toilets and shower blocks and in the laundry and washing up areas we have blocked off the middle sink. Please use facilities in your own units if possible. We are continuing with our rigorous cleaning regime to keep everyone on site safe at this current time.
Staying Safe With Us
If you are staying with us it’s vital that you take the same precautions on your pitch that you would at home and follow government advice on handwashing and hygiene. The NHS website is the best source of information about coronavirus and what you can do to prevent its spread. Please do not stay with us if you are showing any symptoms of Covid 19.
Please do everything you can to support us with these new measures on site which are for the benefit of everybody and will enable you to continue to enjoy your passion for the great outdoors.
